We build EMC test exercisers capable to run any DUT’s function as described in the CTS (Customer Technical Specification) using the appropriate DTC, CPID, PID, and other specific diagnostic messages.
For MCU based modules, our team of professional engineers and software developers can create EMC test applications, which eliminates the need to upgrade the tester’s HW/SW for each new software revision implemented in your prototype. All you have to do is to update (if required) the messages structure in our scheduler files. Our exerciser will reduce to a minimum any useless electronics that can be beaten by certain electrical stress before your module fails, eliminating the chance to record false errors.
We develop EMC test software for any flavor of J1850 bus (GM-Class2, Daimler Chrysler, Ford-SCP) or CAN (GMLAN) using as network simulation & analysis tools Netway, VSI-C2, or similar hardware.
